Braised Short Ribs

FEATURED FITK SPICE BLEND: Just Steak & Sweet Heat Grill Sauce
PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOK TIME: 3 hours
SERVES: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 to 8 pieces of Beef Short Ribs
- ½ chopped sweet onion
- ½ chopped red onion
- 3 tbsp. Just Steak
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil of choice (I use Grapeseed oil)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pre-heat oven to 300F
- Foil large baking sheet
- Place short ribs
- Drizzle over cooking oil
- Shake Just Steak over ribs
- Crumble brown sugar over ribs
- Drizzle Soy Sauce over ribs
- Massage the flavours into the ribs, turning and coating
- Throw in chopped onion
- Drizzle Sweet Heat around ribs
- Cover and bake at 300 for 3 hours
- Plate and cover with the caramelized onions from baking sheet & Devour!
