FEATURED FITK SPICE BLEND: Just Steak & Sweet Heat Grill Sauce
PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOK TIME: 3 hours
SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 6 to 8 pieces of Beef Short Ribs
  2. ½ chopped sweet onion
  3. ½ chopped red onion
  4. 3 tbsp. Just Steak
  5. 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  6. 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  7. 2 tbsp. cooking oil of choice (I use Grapeseed oil)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 300F
  2. Foil large baking sheet
  3. Place short ribs
  4. Drizzle over cooking oil
  5. Shake Just Steak over ribs
  6. Crumble brown sugar over ribs
  7. Drizzle Soy Sauce over ribs
  8. Massage the flavours into the ribs, turning and coating
  9. Throw in chopped onion
  10. Drizzle Sweet Heat around ribs
  11. Cover and bake at 300 for 3 hours
  12. Plate and cover with the caramelized onions from baking sheet & Devour!
